Beginning at the quote, we will review the condition and quality of the wood to determine where damage from pests or rot has impacted the integrity of the wood. We will then identify the pieces that should be repaired or replaced prior to the power wash and prep. From there we will pH balance the wood in preparation for it to be stained or painted.
